De-crimping Machine is a hand operated for de-crimping 1” aerosol valve on aluminium or tin can. It is easy to pull out the valve. It does not damage the colour of can and is suitable for all type of cans.
Capacity: Approx 1000 Units/Shift.
It is a semi-automatic pneumatic crimping machine for crimping 1” aerosol valves on aluminium or tin cans, foot pedal / ‘Can push’ operated-auto-return for positive crimping, quick setting crimp-diameter and crimp-depth, auto-adjustment to give sufficient pressure on valve-gasket before crimping to take care the variation in can heights (+ / - 0.5 mm) Suitable for all type of Aerosol cans.
Operating Air - pressure: 6 to 8 kg. / Sq. cm.
Capacity: Approx.4000 Units/Shift. (Depending on operator’s skill)
